Only real complaint I have is the bathrooms were disgusting. The men's room smelled like urine and there was toilet paper everywhere. Now I know the staff can't keep people from being gross and all but my wife said the women's bathroom was no better. Cleaning was in order for sure.
This drive-thru never gets my order correct. I ordered sausage mcmuffin (which comes WITH cheese) and a caramel frappe. I asked for napkins and a straw. I was told they were in the bag. Stupid me took their word and drove off. No napkins. No straw. No cheese on my sandwich! Needless to say, this was not my first bad experience but it WILL be my last! Will not be returning to this McDs!
We stopped in to this McDonald's on the way through town. Ended up walking out without ordering as the line was insanely long and the crew wasn't being as speedy as you come to expect from mcdonalds.
Went through drive thru told them I wanted hot mustard with my nuggets gave me tangy bbq, so went in to exchange my sauces and lady proceeded to be rude saying that she did while the managers kids were running around the store. Rude and filthy place
At both drive thru windows, I was met with kind words, and nice smiles. That means so much. Drive thru moved quickly, and food was as it should be. I appreciate these people.
